Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@ugcskin.care within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Because our products are safety-relevant fitness equipment, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of used items. Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. In this case the customer covers return shipping costs, and the refund is issued after we receive and inspect the item.

EU & UK customers — statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at beautyacc007@outlook.com within the 14-day period and return the goods within 14 days of your notice. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Direct return shipping costs are borne by you. We will refund the purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, remain unaffected by this policy.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping protection fees, where purchased, are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled before shipment.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible — once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled and the return rules above apply.
