1. Overview

This website is operated by Timotej Žitnik S.P., SI81525702. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund of any amount paid), and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.

3. Intended use and assumption of risk

Our products are fitness accessories intended for private, recreational use by healthy adults. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Inversion equipment carries inherent risks and is contraindicated for people with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to high blood pressure, heart or circulatory conditions, glaucoma or other eye conditions, osteoporosis, hernia, spinal injuries, a history of stroke, and pregnancy. By purchasing and using the product, you confirm that you have read the safety information on the product page and in the included instructions, that you will consult a physician before use if you have any medical condition, and that you use the product at your own risk. Always follow the usage and weight-limit instructions, inspect the equipment before every use, and ensure it is attached to a structure rated for your weight.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, or from failure to follow the provided safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for defective products under applicable product liability law, or your statutory consumer rights.

5. Warranty and conformity

Consumers in the EU benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (minimum two years under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in national law). Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Our voluntary return terms are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy of information

Content on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for decisions. Any references to user experiences reflect individual experiences and results are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
