Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (usually 1). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping insurance

All orders ship insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@ugcskin.care with your order number and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us immediately — address changes are only possible before the order has shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
